When you write your post click on the green arrow on the top right (left of the magnifying glass). If you hover over it you see upload file. That will let you browse for the photo you want to upload chose the photo then tick the box about copyright and click upload. You should then see a screen with the photo you want on it. Click save. That takes you to the third screen where you pick how big you want the picture to be and then click blog this.
